AVA-Portal
New third-party funded projects can be requested via the AVA portal. At the same time, the master data of all projects are managed in it. In addition to the project details (name, project type, duration, etc.), the database also maintains the relevant contact data (project management, project administration) and stores all associated contracts.
A legal basis is mandatory for opening a project. More details are given in the section Revenue and contracts.
The opening, change or closing of a project can be done directly in the database by the project leader or the administrative support staff.
The information in the database flows into the so-called transparency list, in which the essential details are published in accordance with the guidelines for the disclosure of third-party funding acquisition at the University of Zurich.
Roles:
- As project leader, you can execute all applications/changes in your area of responsibility yourself or delegate the administration to a maximum of three people (project administrators).
- As project administrators, you have access to all master data and can carry out all necessary applications/changes for a project leader.
