The resources at your disposal must be used properly and economically and actively managed.
With a responsible management you contribute to strengthen the trust of our funders and to maintain our reputation.
Proper accounting includes in particular:
- timely accounting (monthly)
- the documentation of postings with the corresponding receipts
- adherence to the "cost-by-cause" principle (expenses are recorded where the corresponding revenue is recorded)
- a complete recording of all facts subject to posting
