The UZH budgeting process is supported by the Allevo system, an Excel-based toolset that is fully integrated into SAP as an "add-on".

 

In addition to the annual budgeting process, the tool is also available to you for budgeting your third-party funded projects.

 

Planners in decentral units can enter their plan values directly via the Excel front end in SAP. At the same time, they receive a daily updated overview of their financial leeway.

 

 

Third-party fund holders can define the reporting periods individually according to the funder's specifications and are thus not bound to calendar years.

 

The application is accessible via the SAP GUI.
